The Board of Directors key responsibility is to ensure Powerboat Nationals prosperity by collectively directing the company's affairs, along with establishing company policies and rules. The Board of Directors will jointly oversee and be responsible for the operational activities and direction of Powerboat Nationals LLC and it's subsidiary companies.

The race director and chief referee are under the authority of the managing director.

The Director of Business Development will function under the direct supervision of the Managing Director and will manage marketing, sponsorship and membership programs. Develop an extensive prospect list and recruit sponsors. Create partnership packages and update as needed. Execute sponsorship agreements and fulfill sponsorship agreements, along with maintaining sponsor relationships and budget. Complete administrative reports and and meet deadlines. Marketing, Sponsorship and Membership Programs to be associated with the Powerboat Nationals and Hydro-Cross series brands.

The Inspector(s) will supervise the technical aspects of the competition in all Powerboat Nationals and Hydro-Cross events, as defined in:

General Rules:
Rule 1, Management, Section 1E & Rule 29, Inspectors and Duties.
 
Inspectors will be responsibile for all pre-competition Safety Inspections for Powerboat Nationals and Hydro-Cross events.

The inspector will also function as the pit operations manager and be under the direct supervision of the Race Director and/or the Asst. Referee(s) and will be responsible for  all Pit and Ramp Operations, including buy not limited to: Maintaining the pits, launching boats on time, and removing unauthorized persons.

The Scorer(s) will obtain, accurately compile, and record all necessary timing and scoring information for all Powerboat Nationals and Hydro-Cross events, as defined in:
General Rules:
Rule 1, Management, Section 1C & Rule 30, Duties of the Scorer.
The scoring team will be responsible for obtaining entries and registering all participants during the weekend. All miscellaneous Powerboat Nationals and Hyrdro-Cross forms, such as: Membership Form, Announcer Form, Medical Form, W9 Tax Form, etc will be submitted to the scoring staff.

Marshal Randy
The Course Marshal will be responsible for seeing that an approved ambulance is in place before we start a Hydro-Cross event.
The Course Marshal will set the race course before the start of a Hydro-Cross race and remove the race course after all racing concludes. The Course Marshal will run the flags during the race and watch over all the competitors on the course.

POWERBOAT NATIONALS "RESCUE ONE" TEAM

The Powerboat Nationals "Rescue One" Team, along with the Chief Referee and Race Director will be responsible for seeing that an approved ambulance, two (2) patrol boats, one (1) tow boat and two (2) rescue boats with a driver, swimmer and a diver, per boat, are in place before we start a Powerboat Nationals event as defined in:
General Rules: Section 2
 
The Rescue Team will set the race course and out of bounds buoys before the start of any Powerboat Nationals race and remove the race course after all racing concludes.

The Chief Legal Advisor of Powerboat Nationals will be responsibile for leading the corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives. They will provide senior management with effective advice on company strategies and their implementation, manage the legal function, and obtain and oversee the work of outside counsel. Chief Legal Counsel will be directly involved in business transactions in negotiating critical contracts.
